I’m a Trainee Recruitment Consultant here at Recruitment Solutions, working closely with Miles Dutton to support businesses in and around Tunbridge Wells with their permanent commercial recruitment.

Having previously worked for a well-regarded organisation in the area, delivering high levels of service has always been important to me. I pride myself on being detail-orientated, a strong communicator, and someone who takes the time to properly understand both people and businesses.

What I enjoy most about recruitment is being able to spot potential where others might not. I take the time to get to know candidates beyond their CV and help employers see the real value someone can bring. I enjoy the challenge of finding those hidden gems in the market and matching them to the right opportunity.

As someone who’s local to Tunbridge Wells, I understand the town, its quirks, and the kind of people and businesses that thrive here. That local knowledge, combined with a genuine interest in people, helps me provide a tailored and thoughtful approach to recruitment.

It means a lot to be part of a team that is so well-respected in the area. I am proud to work somewhere that believes in doing things properly, with care, commitment, and a bit of personality too.
