Business Development Executive, Sevenoaks - £25,000-£30,000 Basic – OTE £50,000

Join a fast-growing, forward-thinking business that is expanding rapidly. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing all inbound sales enquiries while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a confident communicator with a strong ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound calls, emails and live chat from potential and existing clients, providing information about our services and addressing inquiries.

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate new business leads.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

· Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings

· Prepare client presentations and materials using PowerPoint

· Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email and in-person meetings.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for business growth.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

About you:

· Proven experience in a business development or sales role

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must be willing to work 1 in 5 weekends on call

· Strong organisational and time management abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of CRM system BigChange/Job Watch would be beneficial.

· Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.

· Driver with own Vehicle

· Happy to work 1 evening per week and 1 weekend per month on a rota basis of which you will be paid additionally
