An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a lovely, well-established high street practice based on the outskirts of Whitstable, Kent.

This is a small, busy and friendly firm with a genuine family feel, strong roots within the local community and thriving Private Client and Conveyancing departments. The firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the team and play an important role in the continued development and growth of the department.

The Role

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience within Private Client.

You will be joining a busy and established department with the opportunity to manage your own caseload, develop existing client relationships and contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice.

This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys the personal nature of high street work, takes pride in providing an excellent service to clients and would like to become an integral part of a close-knit firm.

About You

We are looking for a personable and experienced Private Client Solicitor who:

• Has a minimum of 3 years' PQE
• Has solid experience within Private Client
• Is confident managing their own caseload and client relationships
• Has excellent communication and client care skills
• Is commercially aware and keen to help develop a busy department
• Enjoys working within a friendly, collaborative high street environment
• Is looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine progression potential

The firm is a small and busy high street practice located on the outskirts of the beautiful seaside town of Whitstable, with easy transport access.

The Private Client and Conveyancing departments are both thriving, and this appointment represents an exciting opportunity to join the business at an important stage of its continued growth.

The position is full-time, with hybrid working available. The firm is open to discussing flexible working arrangements for the right candidate, while recognising the importance of maintaining the close-knit and collaborative feel of the office.

Interim Opportunity

The firm would also be open to considering a locum Private Client Solicitor on an interim basis. However, the preference is very much to secure the right person for this permanent position as soon as possible.
