Are you a creative  Product Developer / NPD Technologist   with a passion for  artisan, bespoke food products ?

Working within this fabulous business with a reputation for excellence this role will involve the following:

• Lead  NPD (New Product Development)   from concept to launch for  artisan and bespoke food ranges
• Develop and refine  high-quality, handcrafted food products
• Work closely with  retailers, buyers, and premium food clients
• Manage  critical paths, timelines, and product launches
• Ensure  food safety, labelling, and retailer compliance
• Oversee  bespoke packaging, artwork, and product presentation
• Coordinate samples for  customer approval and retail submissions
• Collaborate with  technical, quality, and production teams

About you:

• Experience in  food manufacturing / artisan product development / NPD
• Background as  Product Developer, NPD Technologist, Food Technologist
• Experience with  retail, premium brands, or specialist food customers
• Knowledge of  food labelling, compliance, and specifications
• Strong  project management and organisation skills
• Passion for  artisan food, quality, and innovation
