Being involved with both residential and commercial projects, this role combines technical drawings, design skills, creativity and attention to detail. Day to day, this would look like:

• Receiving concepts, applications and documents and producing technical designs and drawings
• Using software such as AutoCAD and REVIT
• Conducting site visits to assess projects and liaise with the clients
• Working on small-scale and large-scale commercial projects
• Developing final proposals and coordinating with engineers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

This is the perfect next step for someone who has worked as an architectural assistant, architectural technician, technologist or similar and is looking for an exciting new challenge.

Salary £35,000-38,000
