We’re recruiting 3 new Concierges for a stunning new residential development and looking for someone to start immediately in June or at the start of July.

Shifts:

• Immediate start (1 person): Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
• From July (3-person rota): 12-hours covered in total, 5 days out of 7 each, on a rolling rota (day shifts only – no nights!)

About the Role:

You’ll be the face of the building – welcoming residents, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site. Key duties include:

• Greeting residents and visitors
• Receiving and safely storing parcels
• Monitoring CCTV
• Reporting and recording maintenance issues
• Overseeing contractors and daily site activity
• Assisting with resident move-ins and meter readings

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar Concierge, Front of House, or Customer Service role (residential or hospitality background preferred)
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Professional, reliable, and proactive
• Able to work full-time shifts and commit to a rotating 5-day week from July
