Joining a highly established and award-winning company, you will receive full training, to take on an important role - as the first point of contact for the company.
Working as part of a team, your role will entail:-
- Receiving and making telephone calls to customers, allocating them to the correct team;
- Managing shared email inboxes, writing communications to clients or referring them to the correct departments;
- Booking and managing diaries for meeting rooms and staff members;
- Updating a bookings system, confirming, amending and changing meetings as needed;
- Administrative tasks such as updating internal databases and systems of customer communication;
- Ad hoc tasks such as administrative support to other teams including finance and marketing.
Could be an ideal first office job for someone with experience in retail or hospitality!
Mon-Fri 9-5,30
£24,000 + paid over time (optional)
