Joining a successful, thriving department, this role will take leadership of a small team including;-

• People Leadership – work allocation, training, development and recruitment;
• Overseeing lettings processes from start-to-completion;
• Liaising with other departments for referrals and cross sales;
• Property Management support;
• Compliance to industry regulations;
• Tracking and managing budgets;
• Building and managing the profile of the department external eg attending events;
• And more!

£40-45,000 OTE  + benefits such as :  car allowance and mileage; generous holiday provision; health care; and more!

For success with this role; you should have a property management or lettings background and MUST be able to commute to Tunbridge Wells on a full time basis
