This small company of 16 people found themselves needing to recruit an Accounts Payable individual due to a resignation. A traditional user of advertising, they placed their role on Indeed and received a number of applications. Believing they had the role "sorted", organised a day of interviews, inviting 3 people for interview. Clearing their schedule, their excitement quickly turned to frustration, as only 1 person turned up, who in their words, "was completely unsuitable".
